Executive Chef Sam Moffit comes with over twenty years of experience and many accolades, as well as awards for his cooking. He is a Graduate of Alain Marie Lenotre. His love and passion for his food shows in every entrée he puts out to our guests.


Sous Chef James Nieto

Sous Chef James Nieto, who has seven years of experience and a Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. He loves being in the kitchen 
coming up with new and exciting entrée’s to wow our guests.
